Weekly Sessions focused on connection, support, & authenticity
Emotional Intelligence:
A Therapy Group for Men
Do you find yourself avoiding hard conversations or important decisions? Do you feel triggered by certain people or dynamics? Do you feel lonely or alienated in your relationships? This group is for men who want to expand their ability to share their story and form more meaningful connections with others. The group will provide a supportive environment for breaking old patterns of behavior, understanding the impact of past relationships, and exploring new and more effective ways of relating.
Group Goals
Process focused groups create space for each member's goals, and our broad focus together will be to:
- Increase insight into past dynamics that impact your current relationships and communication.
- Navigate interpersonal conflict and increase productive expression of difficult emotions.
- Address stressors that impact emotional regulation.
- Gain experience relating to others difficult topics.
- Heal in a supportive community of peers.
- Improve insight into your own needs in relationships.
- Increase self-advocacy and improve boundary setting.
This is an in-person group, meeting weekly for 90 minutes. We also have virtual options. If you are interested in a virtual men’s group, please contact Jonathan at jon@
