Who Is This Group For?

Military Sexual Trauma changed your service. It doesn’t have to define your future. Did you experience Military Sexual Trauma during your military service? Do you struggle with anxiety, shame, difficulty trusting others, relationship or intimacy challenges, setting healthy boundaries or feeling disconnected from yourself or others? Has your experience changed the way you view your military service or left you grieving the career, community, purpose, or future you once imagined? This trauma-informed process group offers a confidential space to explore these experiences alongside others with shared lived experiences.

Group Details

  1. Learn about the impact of Military Sexual Trauma on the mind, body, relationships, and identity.
  2. Explore common responses, including trust and intimacy challenges, self-blame, grief, anxiety, and isolation.
  3. Process the effects of Military Sexual Trauma on military identity, career, community, and institutional betrayal.
  4. Develop healthy coping skills and emotional regulation strategies to manage trauma-related symptoms.
  5. Strengthen healthy boundaries, self-compassion, and resilience through shared lived experiences.
  6. Build resilience, self-compassion, and connection through shared lived experiences.
